    Well, it could hardly be regarded as a positive.

    Rather than relying on a media article for the details, I think IOT should make a full disclosure of what the case is about before trading starts tomorrow, calling a TH if they need time to produce the statement, together with IOT's legal team's opinion on the impact that it could have on the business. For instance, do IOT own the ROAM brand? Can the sale of the ROAM Systems Pty Ltd's assets to IOT be set aside? What IP was transferred to IOT as part of the "sale"? Was there any IP relating to the flying selfie, as it was then called, part of the deal? What redress are the minority shareholders requiring? Then shareholders can see what is involved and make an informed decision - otherwise market uncertainty will see it tumble IMO.
