Yes you are correct....... I'm not sure why you are saying FAR are delaying when your statement clearly tells us/you that the ball is completely in COP's court. Either they do nothing and continue forth ignoring FAR, which won't get them anywhere, as the deal IMO, can not be signed off on by the government whilst in dispute...pretty obvious really alternatively they have made an error and will be made to put it right. In either case its COP and COP only that can fix the outcome unless FAR withdraw.
FAR management would have to be completely raving mad to try this on unless they have good reason to IMO.
As for CR after 2 wells they have ~$52 million [ after liabilities] with our share of a 30 day well at around 6 million I think we have more breathing space than that IMO.
