Correct Hoots. But that doesn't say that they are bankrupt. All they say is that they have been delisted because they haven't paid their Annual Listing Fees to the ASX......That's all.
The Court ordered that the company be wound up, but it also made it clear that the assets will remain the property of, and under the control of, the Receivers and Managers.
So what will happen next.??
IMHO, it is all clear as mud.
