ICE will still be around for many years and I don't see the sudden demise of fuel stations in ten years. Both EV and ICE will get along with a fight. so there will still be demand.
Where I disagree strongly with Tony Seba covers a few points that don't sit with me. the main one is that car manufacturing numbers will drop enormously and possibly by 90%. Do I hear him saying 9 mil cars world wide? His view is that the Uber and taxi business will shape the way of our car ownership in the future and I wont have a bar of that.
My car will not need to be out there picking up peanuts for peanuts. I am happy to leave my sunnies in their spot and my change of clothes in the back. Last weeks apple core on the floor etc, is my choice rather than have other people do that for me.
