Section 2.6 "...If the New Shares cannot be sold for a premium above the Issue Price, the New Shares will be subscribed for by the Underwriters in accordance with the Underwriting Agreement (see Section 9.4). In this event, Ineligible Shareholders, Eligible Shareholders who did not exercise their Rights, and persons who purchased Rights which were not exercised will receive no value for their Entitlement or Right..."
So although AIM investors are not able to take up the discounted rights shares, it is more likely that our dilution will stay just that, diluted.
Unequal treatment.
Watch out for the two teir share proces with AIM shares currently trading 7% less than the ASX counterparts.
