    It's done a bit more than testwork.
    a) 100% of 44KT initital production sold
    b) 10.9M raised in CR recently
    c) Relocation Action Plan being implemented as "condition precedent" to German Govt Guaranteed Finance.
    d) Studies underway for 60KT plant and value adding.
