All good commentary there. IMO, TEG management has got to get it right with these concepts that they are indicating will be released for the AGM or they are dead in the water.
There is NO way they will keep shareholders if they just do a same as same as as they did in Aceh. That proved to be nothing but an ATM for management and I'm giving this new lot the benefit of the doubt that they have actually shut down that very lucrative ATM and are proposing to do some bleeding work for the shareholders.
It will not be sufficient just to squeak the current asset, no way. But, it is very valuable, as it appears to be a quite sustainable cash cow with reasonable expectations to improve both flow rates and price.
Whatever they are planning to do must include a sizeable cash injection. With the SP at these levels it will be extremely difficult to attract that sort of cash from SIs, but, in saying that, they at least have a viable asset and income steam, with no existing debt, with which to negotiate, way better than it was under the old management.
So, unlike another punt that went down the drain and from which I bailed out too late, I'm more than prepared to give this new mob a chance to show us what they want to do and how they expect to do it. There's a stack of cash sitting around doing nothing and earning nothing and who knows, the new guys just might be able to pull off a nice deal for all of us. But, definitely their very last chance as I have no loyalty left with this company and frankly, it's not worth selling at these levels anyway.
