    I agree.....on face value and in isolation the buying is a pretty weak signal to the market.... but it could also be the start of regular buying on-market......we simply don't know yet. However, based on history he has had very little "skin in the game" so this latest purchase might be it......a total of 60,000 shares and not much to "lose" if the recovery goes pear- shaped.
