I think the NZ site picked up my query from another site and did some "homework" on it
I was alerted to the story by Ian Porter's story in the Age Newspaper 10/5/02 which I have pasted below. The story specificially mentions engine blocks, not heads which ION already produces for Holden.
Clearly some confusion here
