I think you will find they are already actively looking for east coast acquisitions. That plus a dividend is hard to argue about in a profitable company. I don't know how you can justify comparing a tech comms company with MSG - it is a non sequitur. Definitely not worth a fall of 30% today or a MC of in the $6 millions. True value will prevail but with this arbitrage can only find a reason to buy.
