If this company was worth $3 when it had no manufacturing ability, no approvals to sell product why does it suprise the market when it can rise to 24c when all these things and more are in place and have been publically announced.
The fact is that public sentiment on this company is in the toilet. This means for those of us in the investing world who look for the value and not the hype the kick up when it comes is going to be breathtaking.
My money is where my mouth is, toot toot this really will be the last chance to get on board at these levels.
