Well I think it is balanced!
You possibly are not being objective, and maybe don't understand the overall technology situation.
Exclusivity will not win in an environment of rapid technology change. Every survey firm will be your competition in Australia, and it will get worse in Europe and the US. You and Dave Clarke 5 seem to be deluded and think that NEA has an ivory tower of precision photography. That is so easy to counter.
BTW, how many channels does NEA collect? Just the 3?
