Not surprised. Only people who know this company or some "insider" would be buying and the oldies are mostly already fully invested in them and/or waiting for the AGM"plans".
This is clearly a once bitten ten times shy mob and it will take a very brave punter or a big bit of news to get people to buy at or above these levels. ANY largish buys at .002 "could" be an indicator.
