Am I missing something here?
The directors want to issue a share purchase plan at $0.008 per share, on the grounds that this is at a "premium" to the market price.
The market price is $0.006 per share.
Now normally when one talks about a share issue price being at a premium, he/she means that it is at a bargain price for the buyer, ie at less than the market price.
Can someone put some sunlight on this situation.
