Yes, worth about $18 million to EVM if all are fully exercised. Average exercise price would be around 11c.

Valentia are getting 75 million shares for US$15 million (AU$19.6 million).

By the way, nothing is going to get sorted out in the next 8 days. The chances of EVM trading in that time are ZERO, ZIPPO, NADA. I'm not being negative, it's just common sense. Common sense says that the ASX is looking for all the items in the Response to ASX Query to be fulfilled.

If the ASX does allow trading within that time I will run down the street naked with a chicken katsu on my head.

So I suggest anyone with 2016 options (not me by the way), don't expect any trading before the exercise date.
