I tend to believe the milestones for performance shares are set too low , a 125 mill market cap is easily achievable 150 not so out of reach and the company may still be struggling with solid revenue and have the shares sitting up on new anticipation that would still carry unacceptable risk to be able to warrant the performance targets. How about performance targets based on contracts signed not just MC.
As with Wood and Shultz maybe everything is kosher but I just hope they are not going to be given the rough end of the pineapple.
