    Watch for sector rotation when sentiment does turn in earnest.
    The smart money sell out of the strong sectors and seek bargains in the weak sectors.
    M& A activity picks up strongly at this point.
    That is when a bid will come.
    We are very close to this point now I suspect.
    Any predator who has looked at us must be awfully tempted to take a ping at these prices.
