    I'm Eco. We are the largest shareholder in Q (I think 13%). Discussions between Q and E have been going on (in the prospectus) for the transfer of plantations from E to Q. I would wonder the value that would be attributed to E for the merge. I'll have to ponder on this one...
    IMO E shareholders have lost out significantly with Q so far. We lost out when WH1 transferred over and we lost out in the in-species distribution. At face value I'd reject it unless we got some reward since we've backed this the longest.
    Ecologic, E's discovery technology works. It's been dormant for years with the push for EBC-46 and now WH1. Like you say AB I also need to know more.
    On the positive I'd get a good boost in Q shares and enjoy the liquidity if and when it happens.
