It seems to me that Teck Ireland and Vedanta Exploration ( owner of Lisheen) think the Rathdowney Trend which hosts Lisheen is much larger and extends much further northeast than previously recognized .The location of Boliden Tara's Navan mine would seem to confirm that .The ore body at Navan extends to 985 metres in depth as well so there is certainly a logic in deeper drilling
