Normal I would agree with you, let WPL wriggle etal.
But at 6.7 cents it shows two problems
1, say first oil by 2022 is crazily wrong
2, PE agenda is what
Now the market can live with either one of those issues, but not two.
I expect a raider soon as the current 2c is so good and we all know that conservative!
