At the end of the day a2 management decided that they are ready to go into battle with Lion. I am pretty sure they make this decision because they think that they can win, have enough supporting evidence, and not to lose.
My money is on a2 management, who can turn a $400 million company into $1.47 billion in less than a year! Don't worry about some of these negative posters, they are just keyboard warriors...one in particular is not afraid to lie all the time too.
