    time frame for blm approval..all we can go by is examples..
    here is one in nevada

    Iconic had filed a Notice of Intent (NOI) with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) they submitted it around the 19th june ..approval came  around the 7th of July..so it seems some come faster than others ?..
    i have noticed some take up to 8 weeks..? not sure why the time difference ? CAD should be very close to approval imo..
