Yes it is a confidence game but eventually you have to believe that you can pick a winner. We all have our hard luck stories. I thought I did really well once. I bought 100000 CMQ @ 85 cents and sold them proudly @ 95 cents for a $10 000 gain but look where they ended up. Who knows where PRR will end up but with their publicity machine starting to become more vocal and the chart looking good I'm taking a punt at these levels.
