that's not correct
Existing Falcon shareholders will have shares at 10 cents as well as new investors. Everyone has shares at the same price based on the announcement.
If you have 100 FCN shares today at 1.5 cents, your shares are worth $1.50
Post consolidation, you would have 14 shares (100/7.143) at 10 cents = $1.40 value
Maybe get some advice on how consolidations work before making investment decisions
