    Debt is about 0.26 per share. But cash is about 0.13
    So 0.13 net debt? Not a big deal. % is low now.

    CR does not mean share value destruction. S2R made a CR at 0.40 and share price skyrocketed to 0.70+ after CR. I get only about 15% of shares I applied for. 7 times oversubscribed.
