I have been in and out of this stock three times now, so have followed it for a while now as it looks like a solid well managed business with growth prospects. I bought back in at $2.50 on Monday with the intention of holding but with the quick rise, sold at $3.09 on Wednesday. In my opinion, they may be being held back by not being clear about what is intended with that war chest of cash they have. They were asked in February during a tele conference by an analyst what was intended with surplus cash and gave quite a vague reply involving problems with distributing dividends & withholding tax issues for shareholders in USA and Canada. I think many want some certainty whether it is earmarked for distribution back to shareholders, or may be spent on product development. The size of the dividends to date has been quite miserly from a shareholders perspective in my opinion. Keen to hear what others may think about this strange price action?
