ASX announcement changed to a news release only? - Olay China, page-295

My reply to the ASX on the response I gave:

What you have submitted to me is what I interpret as misleading and a misguided decision by yourself. I know this response is a duplicated response you have supplied to multiple shareholders and fails to answer my direct complaint. That in itself is disappointing that the response is not tailored to my initial complaint. I personally expected a personalised response and nothing less.

Please note Section 3.1 states “Once an entity is or becomes aware of any information concerning it that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity’s securities, the entity must immediately tell ASX that information”.

Do you not consider that OBJ’s first release into the Chinese market is not of material effect? Do you not realise the population of China and this announcement by OBJ into a population of 1.4B plus opens up a significant market for them and ultimately revenue?

To be honest I am gobsmacked at the decision handed down by yourself in refusing to allow this announcement.
