You can easily see what he's talking about. Have a look at the image below, from the GPX update:

The GPX deposit is in the shape of a horseshoe, around the volcano. And Chilalo sits between the Magnis deposit and the volcano, which is why GPX graphite is different to / more expandable than MNS graphite.

You can also see the scale of the GPX deposit compared to MNS - orders of magnitude larger.
