if the takeover rumours are correct, by preserving a low starting price - his `bid` would look more attractive...
every 1 cent INL moves up equates to $5.35mill in market cap... its only costing him a couple of hundred grand a day to keep the sp stagnant... could end up saving himself $50mill for the sake of $1mill...
