US stockpiles are a US policy.
Oil may well go down again for a bit but it will be short lived IMO.
Business acumen and POO are both very important but you need bothe to suceed in this game and our guys have the first one and POO will rise in the medium term as wells dry up with minimal investment.
The smart money is on us, but I have been an advocate of exploration now when it's cheap and cap flowing wells, just like BPT did this week for the future.
