even tho they did have to pay something for the other 14% odd to get to 100%
to me the profit will grow as they have no need to pay them their %age so yes they may take a one of hit but profit will grow
it is much leaner now that we hold the lot, a few years ago no one most didn't know they didn't hold 100% of it and it took the case to make them aware of this.
its a much cleaner business as a result of them taking full control and profits, no more x mill to pay them each year
most bigger instos would like this move as the last thing you want is to have a small holder holding a gun to their heads
