How about this a Director lending $300k to his company, interest free, and if the company decides to pay him out in shares he will take the money in shares at a price of $1.00. NB the price at the time was .35 cents. Hows that for a indication of his integrity and the probably rise and/or value of this company. What a Director ...... I take my hat off to this man.
