Great news for CCP holders. This acquisition, though small, contains no goodwill at all and comes with trained staff too.
This purchase has increased the PDL buying guidance from 150-180M up to 180-200M but the impact on the bottom line, whilst positive, is not material. This implies that there are significant costs that will be cut from this business in the near future to bring it up to the standard of existing CCP business. In other words, I'd still be nervous if I were employed by NCML.
Pity this news comes out on a day when weekend new from overseas will probably see CCP get smashed when the market opens regardless of this good news.
