Language and the use of it is a dangerous thing Prime1. The very fact that your interpretation the use of the word 'appears' as 'demands' is alarming in itself. One can only wonder the type of live you've led up until this point. It's sensationalism at it's worst.
As we all know, CS are heavily invested in a certain other graphite stock so it is more than in their interests to create a narrative to support this. Some people could call it 'manipulation' of the conversation....others may call it 'propaganda' to support their regime. They certainly wouldn't want the clients who they have introduced to the sector to lose money....but do they really care or just want to be perceived to be caring?
We all know that these brokers are only in it for themselves. Just look at some of the target share price estimates they come up with. There were even some mid range brokers forecasting TON to succeed before their fall so it really does make you wonder where they get their info from or is it simply an extreme extort of a half truth.
