I agree re T/O.  One of the attractions for me was/is STX's T20 holding circa 38% of company with bottom of the list holding 6.5m shares.  Given 6.5m is the bottom of the list then it would be fascinating to know what % of the company is held by holders with a minimum of 1 million units - I am guessing that % is a lot higher than most O&G small stocks - intuitively, I am guessing close to 60% - that is, 60% of holders have more than $100k invested.

Back to my point re T/O - this high level of shares held by relatively so few implied to me at least, that the likes of MC were always positioning STX for a TO - it has just taken too long and they probably dont wont to see their investment watered down by another CR.  So enter Mr Baker the deal maker and exit stage left DW...

I was just hoping the commercialisation came in much sooner, the SP took off and then the market responded with a TO offer.  I think, unless something changes between now and xmas, we may not see the SP spike before a TO offer comes in.

what's worse is that baker gets a fat bonus to put a deal together and sell out cheaply on the rest of us - MC is probably happy to cash in his v large stack of chips at a small premium.
