Perth does produce some doozies but i strongly believe cmq to be an exception and a is company which keeps shareholders informed with very frequent updates via mail, not only thru updates via the asx. This is a small point but one which speaks highly of their regard for shareholders.

I believe a price above $4 is not justified until FDA approval is granted but the market does do the unexpected at times and if we see a move higher this week, i wouldn't be surprised. "Fair" market price is not always a determining factor and if fund managers and the like are prepared to pay a premium (just like a high p/e ratio) and discount the risk factor, perhaps new highs will be reached in the near future and there is no point saying it's not justified because very little is.

The market is always right.
