Why are directors doing nothing with the cash. It's been six months since the restructure into Neon Capital and just a couple of small investments. The directors do not seem to be managing the company for the benefit of the shareholders. Directors need to attempt to close the gap between NTA and the market price.
The company announced share buy back 4th May, but I don't think a single share has been brought back since this date. Why has the buy back stopped? Why does the company do a capital return to shareholders? The company isn't using the cash, I'm sure us shareholders could find a better use for it. Do something? The lack of communication to shareholders is really very poor from the company.
