Ha Rae, the CN holders get their money back after 5 yrs. Its a 5 year loan.
CNs also have a secondary option, which is they can Convert the Loan to shares at an agreed price of 18c any time over the 5 years.
Their big win is if SP gets above 18c or if the Dividends are 2c or above (2c is more than 10% of 18c) then they would have reason to Convert the Note, which means the Loan is deemed to be paid out in full (repaid via shares issued)
