IMO MLS is being accumulated, every now and then when a share is being accumulated the accumulator will have a dumping session, which often has the affect of scaring out weak holders, allowing them to buy back what they have just sold at a cheaper price.
If they are trying to take a large stakem say 40m odd shares, there is no way they can do it by just straight buying, they have to create a churn, even it it means selling their own shares along the way.
Just my view.
