Hi John, its beyond poor. They're treat the shareholders with little respect .
Its my belief that there aim is to buy as many shares as possible at or below the current value and then do a return of capital giving themselves a nice little profit.
I give this advice to everyone on here but I would be encouraging you to contact ASIC and detail your concerns as without this they will be left to do as they please.
