re: buying building....looks like its getting read classic & perfect textbook stuff for pullbacks, as after APG's huge run the selling has well and truly dried up; smart money now seems to be accumulating ahead of forthcoming news after which we should see the previous recent high of 8.4 taken out with big volume which will mark commencement of the next leg up
