I agree with you that they missed that date. It seems to be an error on there end. OM telecom doesn't have an eta to launch now and it was overshadowed for two reason.

1. The bigger deal to deliver content to africa,
2. They're getting K2u to the platform, which they put the eta too early

In the first line it states that they have commenced content delivery. That is pretty bold of Tom to do that if it was a lie.
