The last minute reprieve for ARENA may mean that CWE has not seen the last of financial support coming from that source.

They have $500 mil less to play with now, so will need to be very selective where they spend their money.

Surviving being shut down completely means that the door is now open for ARENA to be ramped back up should circumstances change.
