Sept 14 (Reuters) - BigAir Group Ltd (BGL) :
- BigAir and Superloop have entered into a scheme implementation agreement
- Says pursuant to deal Superloop will acquire 100% of the equity of BigAir
- Superloop to fund cash consideration of upto $95 million by a placement to raise about $65 million and $75 million revolving debt facility
