Management needs to provide shareholders with an update re permitting irrespective of whether the news is good/bad.
Have there been recent discussions with the appropriate regulatory authorities?
How does the most recent political stand-off affect permitting?
I still believe in the long-term fundamentals of HFR - remember that the instos got in at $1.80 last year prior to the delays..
