It does state "Total project value".
Allow a couple of thousand for shipping. I have friends living off the grid due to the high cost of having power installed, ie connected to the grid. One such family needed to run power around 2km and the cost was going to be close to 30k. That is just to get supply so 164k for a system that can generate and store power seems extremely reasonable.
