charting question, page-9

Using a standard trend following system for this stock would have been a perfect fit (so far). You'd have got in at 40-50c and sold around 80-90 with a stop loss. As with fundamental analysis (and anything in life in general!), you need to have the skills and experience to do well with technical analysis/charting. Charting is bad for people who don't know how to use it, as is fundamental analysis if you dont know how to read that. Plus, fundamental analysis might get you out of a stock once its reached a level you think it "should" be at, where as tech will go along for the ride until it ends. But I have a feeling this conversation has been had a million times on here already :)
