Again, you're missing the point, the point being the mass market and what they need.
There has always been camera systems with more advanced tech than Nearmap's, the mass market don't want it and it's cost though.
How are Nearmap's best days behind them when they are growing faster than ever and releasing new camera tech?
Same will be with Pointerra.
It's about delivering content in a way the mass market wants it.
