It's a shame that the ASX and asic are such toothless Tigers when it comes to schemes like these.
Shareholders end up holding the bag and the career Disallowed salesmen walk away with no repercussions for the lost hard earned money of many mum and Dad investors. (me included)
Sad... Really quite sad.
