    I believe one of the points of having an anonymous forum for debate is to discuss the points posted by a participant. You and a few others don't seem to want it that way. If you don't agree on someones point just argue your point and if you don't want to, stop if you think someone is not worthy. Why do you insist on knowing someones experience, does knowing someones experience/job change what they posted or the point they are putting forward. I wouldn't think so.

    I think your aim is to derail the discussion by moving the subject to experience. Using it to try and discredit a poster rather than his post when you should be focusing on points of the debate. Again if you find it pointless debating something with someone with no experience in things like buying, selling, renting and renovating a property, fine don't continue the discussion with them. There is no need to be rude towards them. That's how I think a mature person would handle it.
